Dylan Williams: Allstate Insurance

Pretty disappointed at the moment. Seems they raise your bill as they wish without notice I don't understand how these businesses are allowed to make these changes without bringing it to your attention a head of changes

I feel great about my experience. My wife and I really appreciate the service we receive. One thing and two things for sure, I have the best insurance agent thus far. Thanks Dylan for all the time you've dedicated to us. You're amazing!

I have to say that Ms. Roshonda Lemelle, with the Dylan Williams Allstate Insurance Agency, is AMAZING!!!! She is the Allstate Rep that has handled all my concerns. I had serious problems getting issues with my claim addressed. I called Dylan Williams office and thank God Ms. Lemelle answered. I told her my issues and she immediately began to investigate and involve the customer advocate. She has kept in contact with me, the entire time, with updates on the process. This is the absolute best customer service I have ever gotten from any insurance agency ever!!! Hands down!!!! Ms. Lemelle, you are a wonderful customer service advocate!! Customers really need representatives like you. Continuing caring for your customers the way that you do!!!
