Farmers Insurance - April Tolbert

I can't say enough about April Tolbert and her entire team. They go ABOVE and BEYOND for their clients. They are transparent and honest with you up and front and even if they can't help you for whatever reason, they will work with you to find other options to help you get the coverage you need. I must brag on Gabby - she has been working with me on my auto insurance for about a month or so and she has been a life saver - she has listened to me, empathized and given recommendations and suggestions on ways to help me since I am not able to go with Farmer's at this current time. When I am able to go back with Farmers, I will move both my home and auto. You are not just a number with April Tolbert and her team, you are a family, you are someone that they take pride and care in taking care of from the start to the finish. If you haven't given them a chance yet, please do. You will not regret your experience. Thank you again to Gabby and to April and her team. The anxiety and stress has been lifted from my shoulders. April Tolbert office and staff is the best! I have been with other insurance companies that is just a 800 number and you never get the same person and you are just considered a customer . Aprils staff ensures they know you and they treat you as part of the farmers family. They will call you every so often to ensure they are providing the best insurance and rates. I know that if I should need assistance they are just a phone call away and there will be a friendly voice to help you through a stressful event.
