Dominick Faraci Air Conditioning & Heating

I have a Goodman GSX14042 Condenser unit. The compressor stopped running. John came out and found it just needed a start capacitor. I was charged $180 for that part. I've replaced start caps before, and none ever cost me more that $20. I researched the Goodman Parts diagram and found the cap required is available for $18 - $25 from several sources. Don't mind A/C contractors making money on a call. I DO mind outrageously high parts markups: in this case, in the 900% to 1000% range. Beware of Dominick Faraci A/C: It may be YOU who pays $180 for a $18 part.

My A/C went out during the night and I called 11 other places and none could get to me today except for this company. They were extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue and resolved it. I will definitely be calling this company out next time I have an issue!

Diminick is our go-to for all HVAC at my parents house in Beaumont. He installed and repaired the units in their house at a reasonable and fair price. He even went the extra mile and installed additional vents along their staircase free of charge to ensure the new unit worked at maximum efficiency. Dominick and his team were clean and respectful of their home and wore shoe covers to protect the floors. We will never call anyone else to service an HVAC unit in Beaumont. He is the best in the business. Will never use anyone else. Some of these other business owners need to take a lesson on how to run a business.
