        Was out of ground beef and there was a 30 minute wait on the chicken so I was stuck in the drive thru lane for a while because there's no other way out

        Workers were rude and yelled at you when you attempted to place an order with them and told everyone to use the kiosk instead. No signs were posted about using the kiosk to order. You didn't find out until you inconvenienced them to attempt to place an order at the counter.
