        Probably worse service from this location ever. Waiting like 10 minutes for girl to get off her phone. Then ask lady in front of what she had ordered, then brought out wrong sizes, she walked like she had poo in her britches, finally getting to a register, after to couples had already walked out, I got tired of waiting and put my order in on the self screen, took forever, then she had to be told I had a drink. Isn't all this on a screen above them. Used to be a great store.

        Usually go to the Taco Bell on college street but here lately it has been a nightmare. So yesterday I decided to go to this one on Walden. Im SO HAPPY I DID! Taco Bell is usually hit and miss. However this recent experience has completely changed my perspective on Taco Bell. I want to give a shout out to Liz and Alicia! As soon as I walked in the front door I was greeted with smiling faces that were HAPPY to be there. Usually fast food employees dont seem to be happy that theyre at work. These two employees were happy, smiling, joking and cutting up just an overall happy environment to be around. I didnt seem like a customer i felt like a like long friend and felt like I had known them for years. Please keep up the great work! Taco Bell if youre reading this you need to take care of these two ladies! Finding employees like this are like finding a needle in a haystack! They deserve a raise without a doubt!!!
