        My sister and brother-in-law bought a new central a/c unit from this company last August and this company then refused to service/repair/replace it when it failed last week.

        Royalair Heating and Cooling Inc. count ya days!!! How you break the blades in my AC trying to fix my issue!!! And don't say anything!! CenterPoint Energy this is who y'all send right!!! I am highly disappointed in this.

        Royal Air was dependable, responsive, and honest! I would definitely use them again. The technician was pleasant, and answered all my questions.  Within an hour on a sweltering Sunday afternoon, my AC was back on line and I was able to relax. I would recommend them to anyone.

        New to the area and new to heat pumps. Called Royal and Mark came out. Trouble shot the problem and walked me through the system and its operation. I thought the price was very reasonable and a good value. I would recommend him to anyone who has a hvac problem.
