Loved the atmosphere and the nail service here. This is my first time here and will be coming back. Loved the way that I showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked questions and they asked every single one of them.They were patient with me. I loved my nails

I was taken care of by ms. Kay and it was amazing. I showed her the picture of what I was wanting and she outdid herself! She took excellent care of me and provided me with outstanding service. The pictures I posted are the finished product. I am now a loyal customer here thanks to Kay!

Ive had my nails done for years so I.can say this with no doubt, I had the worst nails and nail tech ever at VIP. After waiting 30 minutes I was led to a place to have my nails done. Mind you, this was at 9 am, just opening and 1 person in there. The tech talked and laughed with her coworkers constantly and paid very little attention to my nails and her job. Brand new tips and in less than 2 weeks they started breaking and popping off! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Unprofessional, didnt want to fix my nail because I dont do them here with them back and Forward talking between them weee not even trying to help. I told them it was ok as long as its close to my color but they were still talking between them like they didnt even bother to ask or let me known. I just walk out after that bad service experience. The skinny front desk was just talking and looking down like she didnt even want to acknowledge me. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
