Elegance Nails

I began coming here in 2016......Kinda fell off the nails wagon. For a while, a long while!!!! A friend of mine wanted to take me to have my nails done. The very first place I thought of was Elegance Nails. After a few tramatizing years, work quality was excellent...my favor nail artist is still there...I send every girl I know there. Get the most out of ur nails. Didn't even need a fill in for 3 sometimes 4 weeks. So super helpful and kinda. I love my nail shop. Thank you Ms April you are appreciated. Naomi

If I could give zero stars I would!! I typically dont leave reviews but this experience needs to be shared in hopes of sparing someone else. I took my mom today to get our nails done and me a pedicure. I asked if they could do nails and pedi same time they said yes, so we sit and get started. The lady doing my toes burnt me with the wax on my foot and when I told her it was too hot and burning me she laughed and proceeded to push the bag back onto my foot!!! Unbelievable ! I had to tell her 3 times, I no longer wanted it ,to please take it off! I was thinking no way Im letting my other foot go in. After that all went okay. The other lady had started on my nails ,Then once another customer comes in ,the lady who had started my nails leaves, services the other client, while Im waiting still for my nails to be done (my mom had been done @20 mins at this point) it was supposed to be done same time. So then 30 min later she finished the other customer comes back to me in a huge hurry, she was so rough , I have burns on my hands and nails and I will never go back 147$ later and I feel so scammed and I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed once I my hands arent sore anymore. please dont go here for relaxation or a pleasant experience it truly isnt at all.
