        I moved here on January 18,2022,no hot water,disposal was not working, fridge has ice on door and water to use,yet it didn't work, I enjoyed now kids and teens, live here,being noisy throwing thrash around,skating on hallways,someone broke in mailroom, stole packages,gates kept messing up tore apart to go in to metal doors,am not happy there's school kids living here. Put them next door,wish I can live in real seniors apartments,it is nice just kids and teen mess it up, I need peace and quiet, but to move out I need to pay $1,800 for two months advance,I can't afford it with that much,my first I rented and new yet it feels like multifamily apartments. Now kids are playing on the golf course am not happy,try to,but can't,My closet door was removed now it don't look right restroom nearby. Wish I knew kids were moving in and teens. Also am suppose to buy my own n filter for fridgerator,but is not mine. So disappointed ps. Am a nervous lady.

        Update as of November 21, 2023 for Parmore apartment. I am happy to say after 7 months on the waiting list and being patient. I will be moving in January into a 2 bedroom apartment in an excellent location. I want to thank the entire staff for their constant feedback and the customer service I received. I didnt feel like, I was just a number. I MATTER! Dont give up! Visit your new residency and claim it! The staff will work HARD for YOU! ************************************* I visited Paramore today on 5/30/2023 around 11:45 a.m. As I drove up, it reminded me of a resort style of living. I was greeted immediately as I entered the complex. Ms. Stacie gave me a tour that included the club house, lovely pool area with grills, golf area, pickle game and so many extras. Across from this lovely senior living is another family living being built. This place is the best kept secret off the grid!
