    I dont live here but my mom does , everytime I visit there is soooo many cockroaches! Ive told her to call and she has before which they came but the exterminator didnt do a very good job, shes called again about a week ago and they havent came to fix this problem, I just think its so nasty.

    The worst apartments that Ive lived in They are fast at over charging you for everything and any thing please be careful when you end your lease here they will over charge you for everything just so they can keep the security deposit. Carpet cleaning 185$ appliance cleaning 150$ when you move out! I have screenshots of everything that I had paid even when I moved out! They tell you one thing and then they lie and say another thing. When you leave you pay the balance and then they keep the 500$ deposit they tell you that you have to pay the last bill and that they will call you to send you back your money witch is not true. They still charge you for water sewer, trash pest control for months that where already paid for. They promise you things for example they were breaking in the vehicles and stealing your vehicles from the parking lot well they management said that they would had security well they only had security for about 2 weeks. I had to file a police report they tried to break into my vehicle twice they check the cameras but when you ask the management about the things that happen they would try and make up lies. You also hear gun shots at night and people that do not live in those apartments lurking around. I would never recommend this place to any one ! If I could give this a zero star I would !

    I'm sad to say I've been here for a month now without HOT water to wash my dishes. We just go hot water yesterday in our bathrooms. Our vehicles were egged our first night there over a parking spot. Even though the tenet was caught on camera, his actions were not accounted for. I have never lived anywhere like this. I have put in several work orders about the hot water. I have also given a flash drive to gain the footage of the disruption of property. So far, nothing. Not to mention, it has never been announced that maintenance has entered our apartment while we were away. How much more do we have to take? A week ago today I was not a happy tenant. Today I can honesty say I am very pleased with the out come. All is well! Outside of the one green apple tenant that disrupt my proper and was never held accountable. It is otherwise a peaceful environment to leave in. The staff is very nice. Thanks Wendy and Araceli for all you do!

Hello Samantha, I am so sorry to hear this I usually address this issues with my residents, once they let me know if they have a problem. We do have a good pest control company and we also offer clean outs if your mom has an issue she can come to the office and address this matter with us so we can take of her as soon as possible. Hopefully you can let her know that, and also pest control comes by every 2 weeks, we can add her to the schedule every time pest control comes by, but she does have to let me know this is ok (because a lot of times residents are on schedule but they cancel the day of treatment) and also we can do the clean out which is a deeper treatment please advise her to contact me Araceli property manager to ensure her issue gets resolved. She can also text the request, email, call or came in in person. Thank you!!! have a wonderful day Samantha

Hello VIctoria, I tried calling you to explain your final statement in private but since you have not answer my call here it is. when you first move in you do not get a water bill right away it usually takes 2 months to receive your first water/sewer/trash bill in your case you guys transferred from a 1 bed to a 2bed once you transferred you paid your last bill plus the final statement which is what I have to charged once you moved out. I know there was a lot of miscommunication between you and your husband because I tried my best to explained to him how the move out works (which is in your lease which you can find it on page 5 paragraph 25) per your lease you have to give us a 60 day notice in writing but because there was a lot of miscommunication i accepted a 30 day notice so you and your family did not missed the opportunity on your new home. on the security issue you are more than welcome to come in the office and I can show you the contract we had with the previous security and also the invoices we paid and you can see it was not for 2 weeks. on the charges of the carpet yes once you move out the unit has to be clean and your unit was not cleaned at all, all appliances were left dirty the carpet was left with stains was not shampoo, not even vacuumed. Walls had nails which we did mentioned that they needed to be taken out. Once again everything is on your lease. we hope you have an amazing year and everything works out for you and your family.

Ok, once again I apologize for the inconvenience but we have been in contact with you about the hot water, 1. My previous resident never complained about the hot water. 2nd. We called plumbers to service boiler and everything was good they suggested we switch the aerators and that is exactly what we did. 3rd I am not sure what other apartment complex do but when a resident puts a work order Maintenance goes in the unit to take care of any issues. if you want me to make an exception please do not hesitate to reach my office to make the request. on the USB, you told me never mind on the footage I keep forgetting to put it in your mail box so I will do that today I have been very busy but I will make it my priority to search for video today (hopefully i still have it) and leave the USB in the mailbox
