The worst garbage in service since the name changed to Linde, they give empty tanks with a red label and tell you that they are never wrong

WARNING: Do not go here unless you want to be continuously charged for services you are not receiving. Back when I was running a food truck I used this company for propane tank rentals and refills. In April of this year I closed down the truck and returned all of the cylinders I was renting. The guy checking me in said I was all good to go and that the balance on my account was zeroed out and that I wouldn't be getting charged anymore. That was a lie. I saw charges on my credit card on file for multiple months and I called them on the phone. They called me back after several hours and said they noticed the "accounting error" in their system and apologized and said I would be getting a refund for the charges and I wouldn't be getting charged anymore. They say the changes have to be approved by accounting at corporate. But when I call corporate they say I have to talk to the local store. Complete nonsense. Fast forward to December, 8 months later, after multiple in-person visits and countless phone calls, I am still getting charged for services I am not receiving, and I have completely given up trying to get their help either on the phone or in person only to be told "we're very sorry, this won't happen again," only to see another charge on my credit card, and see all the disputes I submitted get rejected. The only option I've been left with is to cancel this credit card which is going to be a pain in the behind because I have to change payment information to a ton of other companies that I do business with (and actually receive services for). Absolutely horrible customer service and total chaos at this place. Needless to say I will not be coming back and highly recommend you only purchase things from them on a one-time basis and NEVER sign up for recurring services or give them authorization to charge your account.
