Terrible experience! received a bait and switch from the representative who showed up and quoted me one price and then billed me a way higher price. $600 higher than what he promised he was charging me. Read the yelp reviews. I'm not the only one.

We had our water heater burst, flooding about 90% of our home in 1/2 of water. Quick dry were quick to respond, and the initial people we worked with were sympathetic, knowledgeable, and indeed quick to help dry out our house. They tried to push to have their guys do the full renovation, but their quote was much higher than several other remodelers we had come take a look. We did however use their services to to do demo/dry out the house, and then pack and store our things. The movers/storer's of our stuff were quick. They did a thorough job packing everything they could. Honestly in hind-sight, a lot of our stuff probably could've just been moved into the garage, but wanting to just get our home restored as quick as possible we let them pack as much as they wanted/suggested. Their demo guys were quick too, and maybe too quick as they left floor boards and bags of trash in our garage that I had to have them come back to get. Which they didn't even take all of it. When the remodel was done, and our items returned my fiance was missing her work monitor. When confronted about this the team lead told us we had probably misplaced it/stored it somewhere else, and that it wasn't on their pack out list. When I pointed out it in the pictures in the pack out list I had/saved he went quiet. I reached out to his boss, who at first was sympathetic and wanted to find a resolution, but eventually told me the same thing. When I pointed it out in their pack out list, she too went quiet. We had to pay out of pocket over 5k to store all our stuff, and when confronted to find or reimburse a 150 dollar monitor they wouldn't do a thing. That tells me so much about how they see their customers. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

4/25/2023- Nic served us with a lawsuit today. He says we owe him $20k. My house is packed up and in shambles. Half carpeted and half ripped up. Horrible paint job in garage and upstairs. My dog stepped on a tack strip these guys left exposed. Multiple nails sticking out of the floor and walls that are a hazard. My house has been like this since September 28,2022. 2/14/2023- Nic, call my husband or I within 24 hours or we will contact our lawyer. This lack of communication is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Our home has been empty for over a month and no progress on our restoration. We want our money and our belongings back. I left a review before but removed it wanting to see if we can get the job done. I do want to start this review with that the sub-contractor they sent all did a good job, professional and all very friendly, they also showed frustration during the wait because they cannot start the job, this review does not reflect the job done by the subcontractors, the one extra star is completely for them. This whole process dealing with the business is so frustrating, we keep getting false information on what can be done and when it can be done, then the project manager will go no contact for weeks between each of the steps. We spent hours trying to call the operator, trying to escalate, left so many messages and voicemails, and it takes so many contacts for them to respond to us once. They billed our insurance on things that they never contracted to be done and we caught that and waited another month for this to be sorted out. Worst of all their accounting tried to threat us to send us to collection when JOB WASNT DONE and NO INVOICE WAS EVER RECEIVED! Like what are we paying you for???
