Recently I called the company for service. They were able to fit me in the very next day. 2 technicians, Paul and Viktor arrived right on time and began cleaning an area rug that had cat pee on it. They also treated a decorator pillow that the cat had urinated on too. Then they steam cleaned all my cat trees(3 of them). They were very professional and willing to accommodate my needs. I would recommend them and will ask for their help again if needed. The best result is no more cat pee odor and no stains!
