I recently had a loved one need to go into long term care leaving us to take care of his apartment. The situation was very bad - apartment was full of items and extremely filthy. We just couldn't take the time to go through things and clean it up. Plus the filth was so bad that you needed a mask just to enter. Bill and his team including Josie were amazing. They helped prioritize us given our situation and did an excellent job cleaning up the apartment. I cannot recommend them enough.

This was a very stressful time for us but Rhone was there every step to make things easy, and helped put more than a few of our worries at ease. They literally went above and beyond! We hired Spaulding Decon to clean up after a rat infestation and we couldnt be happier with the job they did. They were very good at communicating, everyone I interacted with was super nice, and the guys who did the job did an amazing job cleaning and working together to complete in a timely manner. It took them about 3 hours total and it looks like a whole new garage. I would hire them to just come clean out and organize my garage again. We feel so much better about our space after these guys came and fixed our problem. Thank you so much!!
