I cannot overstate how impressed I am with Mark. Despite calling on a late weekend, he took the time to speak with us on the phone and provided detailed information about a car we were interested in, as well as guiding us through the financing process. In our two-month search for a Lexus, no other dealer has been as informative and helpful as Mark has been with us. His honesty and transparent pricing were refreshing; he never resorted to high-pressure sales tactics. Completing the paperwork was efficient, taking only 15-20 minutes. During the test drive, Mark gave us ample time to ensure we were making a confident decision. I am certain I will return in the future and highly recommend this dealership, thanks to Mark's exceptional service.

Mark is friendly, informative and transparent. We greatly appreciated buying from someone that is honest and not at all pushy. The SUV we purchased from his lot is EXACTLY as described and we would happily and comfortably buy from him again and recommend him to others!

I can't say enough good things about Mark. He is the exact opposite of the used car salesman stereotype. He was honest and his price was fair (I did my research before buying the car). There were no high pressure sales tactics, no bait-and-switch, and no upsells of useless extras. And the paperwork phase of the deal was only about 20 minutes - the shortest of the over 15 cars that I've purchased in my lifetime. I live out of state, and Mark let a friend of mine that lives in Austin test drive the car. My friend was so impressed with Mark that he told me the next time he's in the market for a used car, he would get it from Mark. You should too.

After a long search for a safe and reliable used car for my daughters first car - and dealing with several questionable dealers and some odd individual sellers in the process - we were pleased to find Mark Weinstein Motors. Its obvious that Mark cares about finding good quality cars and his customers. He made us feel comfortable with the whole process. We were impressed by the quality of the vehicle history, allowed take an extended test drive, and he was careful to explain each aspect of the paperwork. Pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

My 2005 Toyota Prius bit the dust and I was anxiously scouring about the internet trying to understand how to buy a vehicle and staying up late at night watching TikToks about how to deal with pushy/shifty/greedy sales people but I think I wasted all that time. Turns out, I didn't need to make sure that Mark was someone who was trying to rip me off because he wasn't pushy at all and he was very trustworthy with us as buyers looking to get a good deal. I'm so grateful for Mark and his straight forward prices. We got exactly what we were looking for and he helped explain things to us which I'm very glad about because this was my first time ever buying a used car. I'm so happy!
