        Amazing upholstery interior decorating shop !Best selection of upholstery textiles available. Showroom is beyond words for fabric selection. Custom sofa's, chairs,headboards available as well. And window treatments. The decorator staff is very knowledgeable!

        I sent pictures of my chair and they got back with me quickly by email. It was crazy expensive. Couldn't afford it. Approx. 1000$ on a 25$ chair.

        The Spruce team is a beast. I trust them with all of my outdoor furniture. Theyve made sure that everything from the cushion covers on my outdoor sofa to the shade cover on my pergola are 100% on point. Ill never need another upholsterer as long as theyve got my back!

      Hi Susan, thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry that you feel the investment in your furniture is not appropriate for a piece that you picked up for $25. It's also unfortunate that you felt compelled to communicate with us through Google reviews instead of chatting with us via email (which you stated we were very quick to respond), in person or over the phone. We would have been happy to communicate how we came up with our estimate. Unfortunately, how much you spent on the original piece doesn't dictate how much work is involved in refreshing that piece. The estimate we provided takes into account not only our time but also all of the materials: refinishing the wood, replacing all webbing, crafting new cushions, new foam and padding, making new buttons, tailoring a skirt... and then the cost of fabric. We value the skill our team has gained over decades in the industry and do our best to pay them a living wage for the expert work they provide. We strive to keep beautiful items - such as yours - out of landfills and to do so, requires quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Neither of which are cheap.
