Left a gown for alterations and it was pinned for waist to hip and hem alterations. Arrived to pick up and could barely zip. It had been taken up waist up to underarm instead. I was promised it would be fixed by end of day. Returned to pick up and was able to zip but appeared not to have any adjustment in waist or hip. Shop personnel argued with me aand accused me of not wanting to pay for the work. I speak Spanish and seamstress who did the work said she removed the waist alteration as well. Paid for hem only and left relieved it wasnt any worse. Proceed with caution.

What a find! I needed an alteration for a new pair of Italian jeans. They did a splendid job! Accommodated my same day service request. A bit pricey but well worth it. I will definitely utilize them again. Parking is a bit awkward.

Fixed a zipper for me that other shops had quoted me a significant amount for. Kind and honest shop, I will be back for any further alterations, highly recommend !!

I came to Art Alterations to have a sequin bridesmaids dress shortened at the bottom and taken in on the sides. Everyone was very personable and efficient. The alteration turnaround time was fantastic!
