This is the worst miracle app I ever used. Never works after I the miracle office. Can't hear any conversation on my phone. Pat

Took it in to diagnose a Check Engine Light, they never fixed the problem. Charged me for wheel bearing I pretty sure I didn't need , went to pick it up and it pulled so hard to the left when I stepped on the brake it almost pulled the wheel out of my hand, and the new wheel bearings are now leaking and it need a brake job because the gear oil has saturated the brake pads. Never use these clowns. Horrible mechanics. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took a long time to get to me. Like 5 hours after calling. Charged more than any normal dealer would have for a simple repair. Parts were obviously marked way up. I would only use these guys again in a roadside emergency .

We reached out to Fleet Maintenance for a starter issue our RV was having. Spoke with Brian regarding the issue and explained what problems we were having and confirmed with him that we purchased a new starter and the shop would be able to replace it no problem. After confirming the shop would be able to do this service for us, we drove from Houston to Austin to get the repair done. When we arrived in Austin, we called the shop to see what time we could bring in our RV and spoke to Cameron, who let us know they are now unable to perform this service. When we tried to explain the trip we made and that someone on his team did confirm we would be able to do this, there was little done to help remedy the situation. As we continued to have issues on our starter, we noticed on their website they advertise for RV emergency roadside assistance. We called the shop to see if they would be able to come to us through their roadside assistance service. We were told they will not work on our RV because of the age and because we have our own parts. When we explained again that we were originally told this would not be an issue, that we made the trip to Austin specifically because of this confirmation, and there was nothing listed on their website stating this information, we were rudely told that "well, yeah not everything is going to be on the website." They were overall unhelpful and didn't bother to offer an alternative solution when we asked. They really could not be bothered and did not care. All in all - terrible experience with Fleet Maintenance. They need to do a better job in ensuring all employees are aware of their policies when speaking to customers and take accountability when they misinform customers on their services.
