Blue Bottom Pools - Austin

I can't say enough great things about Blue Bottom Pools! We had our fiberglass pool installed by a different contractor and our coping which was limestone in a salt water pool (not what we had asked for!) was coming off bit by bit only after a year of having a pool. Our original contractor was unresponsive so we worked with Sean at Blue Bottom. It was painful to have to spend additional money so early into the life of the pool but the team at Blue Bottom was absolutely amazing. They were clear, upfront, detailed and very responsive. Bobby was available any time I had a question through the installation process. The thing I am most impressed about is after installation any time I had a question Bobby has always addressed my concerns. I contacted Blue Bottom Pools after my original pool company dug a hole in my backyard, dropped the shell, and left with my check (never be seen again). Blue Bottom gave me an assessment of what needed to be done along with an estimate for the costs. Their whole team was great at communication, being on time, and delivering exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it. They helped us struggle for the permit process with the City and made sure that everything was on the up-and-up. I'd recommend Blue Bottom Pools without reservation. My only negative thing about the time with them is that I wish we had stayed our pool-building journey with them in the first place. Did not respond to repair inquiry.  I just wanted ti ask about the possibility of a repair.  I tried several employees to no avail.  After multiple requests, I gave up and moved on.

Worked with Bobby and his team months ahead of when we wanted the pool installed hoping it would be done in time for kids to enjoy this summer. Always very responsive and started right on time. Carter and install crew were great as well, very knowledgeable and had it done quicker than expected. Delayed equipment shipping post install no problem they were still just as helpful coming out post construction. Great company, will always refer them out and so thankful for the work they did!
