        the location, staff, and overall amenities are nice. the mark is pretty luxurious and i can see why a lot of people love it here but my experience was a bit uncomfortable at first. the bedrooms are pretty small depending on the floor plan you get because some rooms in the same apartment seem smaller/ have less walking space compared to others in the same apartment (the 5x5 E3 premium plan specifically). Other than that, I do like living at the mark and have renewed my lease, but a different floor plan. I'll update my review in the fall when I get my new unit!

        There is a crime problem here. My car and MANY others have been broken into in the private garage. They have no cameras and wont help. The wifi also hasnt worked in weeks.

If you are interested in transferring to a different unit, I encourage you to come talk to the office sometime soon so we can look at potential transfer options for this year, or next year for your renewal lease.
