Don't give up on your quality but outdated equipment before talking to these people first!
TELSTAR rescued my old Kicker desktop stereo speaker system. It had amazing sound but the stereo miniplug input shorted out (as they always do). No one else would touch it, but not only did TELSTAR fix the the input, thay also created a bluetooth interface, so now I can use the KIcker with all my devcices.

The worst repair shop ever. I asked that my radio be worked on and it came back performing even worse than be for. They no nothing about solid state radios

Brought in my CD player for repair. I had all-around great experience with Telstar. Beau at the front desk was efficient, knowledgeable, and gave an accurate time frame for the diagnostics. Matt called with the costs for the repair after the assessment, and then quickly completed the job after the approval. I'm very happy with the customer service....and my CD player!
