After a frustrating visit to a local record store, Austin Stereo Service was able to replace the cartridge for my turn table in 20 minutes. They were friendly, fast and didnt try to upsell me on anything.

I am a recent first time customer of Austin Stereo. I called their sales number and Joe was quickly able to understand what sort of amplifier I was looking for. I came into the store and the employees were very helpful and prompt to demonstrate equipment and prepare the equipment in terms of wiring, etc. so it would be ready for hookup when I got home. Totally positive experience all around!!

Mike and his crew are consummate professionals. They not only are experts at electronics repair, but also have excellent stereo electronics choices for sale as well. I explicitly used Austin Stereo Service for all of my audio repair.

This place is awesome. HE REPAIR MY SX 1250 at a reasonable price very high quality work .I drove from laredo tx 4hrs one way just for Mike to work on my equipment well worth the drive highly recommend for vintage equipment

I purchased a beautiful custom made bluebonnet record player as a gift. The staff was really helpful and knowledgable in helping me choose between different units they had in stock. It plays beautifully, has built in shock absorbers that prevent it from skipping, and even has bluetooth support. When the moving company broke the dustcover for the unit, I was able to get a replacement right away. Really quality service and products and excellent people all around, can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for stero equipment.
