        Woke up on Wednesday with no WiFi. Contacted Jason at AHS. We diagnosed by text message. He had a tech at my house Wednesday afternoon with a new router/modem. Tech - Zac - ran late from another job, but arrived at 4:30. Our job was more complicated than anticipated. Zac stayed until 8:15 pm to finish the job. True client dedication. He could have excused himself and left, but he stayed to finish the job. Beyond the call of duty. .. .

        Randal and his team did an excellent job upgrading a 5.1 AV system for me. Looks and sounds excellent. They installed everything efficiently, organized everything neatly (the cable management is amazing on the stack with all the devices), left everything very clean. Jim was super helpful and was willing to take time going over details of the system and Control4 with me. Their drywall guy Juan is amazing and I would not be worried about how they will leave your house looking at all. Definitely a bit pricey but leagues better than the cheap and mostly disastrous AV contractors I have found in Austin in the past.

        If you are at all concerned about service and follow-up, no need!! I contacted Austin Home Systems' support email about some tweaks that we want made to our system that was installed 5 months ago, and AHS responded nearly immediately and got us scheduled for a service call within two days. I am very pleased that my investment is being protected this way by AHS.
