This is my 2nd contract with BSG and I should have never agreed to the 2nd contract. The 1st contract they sold to another security service company to monitor the property. After it expired they said if I signed a 2nd contract that they wouldnt sell it and if I moved that I could cancel the contract. I moved recently and they said that they wouldnt cancel it. I tried 5 times to speak to a manager and no one would transfer the call. They are a lower price than most companies in Austin but go with Longhorn instead. I learned my lesson the 2nd time!

Tim was fabulous this morning helping us out with mounting our bedroom tv. Great guy. Great work. I highly recommend Tim and this company to everyone.

My Smoke alarm went into trouble over the weekend. I called the monitoring department and said the technician would call back. I never received a call. Even after several attempts no one every contacted me how to disable the device or to silence alarm panel. Unfortunately, the system and device kept beeping the entire weekend. They clearly do not offer after hours service! Over the last 20 years Ive had many alarm companies that Ive had service with and all of them had 24 hours service or would walk you through how to disable the device that is malfunctioning.

DO NOT USE BSG Security. BSG is NOT a reputable company. Their equipment failed, I was going to be charged to replace the equipment, then my service fees almost TRIPLED. I tried to cancel, but you can never get anyone to answer the phones, they use a phone service that promises call backs, that you do not get. They are trying to bill me on the time left on my contract even though it was BSG that that changed the terms of the contract, thus voiding it. I do not have any faith in this company, and would not recommend them, and will be cancelling my service with them on other properties when those contracts expire. Service: Security cameras
