        Found an awesome pair of shoes after over a year of being in boots and it happened to have a manufacture defect. I brought them back almost 2 weeks later, no box, no receipt and used shoes. Abel worked with me with expert level efficiency to locate my transaction and facilitate an exchange. I ended up getting a newer version and the travel kit to keep it clean. I appreciate great customer service and this is one of those times where it's worth a mention. He was knowledgeable about the products and chatted me up about shoes and boots the entire time and had a lot of software knowledge that most wouldn't. 10/10
