        This was my first time here, and I felt the service was great. I was mailing a package & needed a box. I was quoted the prices for various mailing services. The man working went above & beyond. Plus my mom received her package in 2 days. Thank you! Would definitely use this Pak Mail again.

        The owners and staff have always been very kind and have even gone out of their way when I was running late to pick up mail after closing time. This place is owned and operated by very nice people.

        I bought a table on Craigslist from a random person. Ramki went to their house and picked it up, packaged it and shipped it to me from Austin, TX to the Bay Area, CA. He was awesome, responsive, nice and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Pak Mail store! Im so happy with the table.
