        I want to start by saying Ive given this business three separate tries before posting this review. On all three occasions, I stopped here with the attempt to mail a package. Each time, I was quoted an outrageous amount to mail my packages. Long story short, after stopping yesterday to mail a 7 lb package, I was quoted a shipping fee of $107.00! (That is not a typo.) Today I went to the post office and I paid $35 to mail the same exact package. This also happened on two other occasions. I highly recommend taking the time to check shipping fees through the post office before being taken advantage of by this establishment.

        No negative interactions for me to share. I go in 3-5 times per month and the ladies behind the counter are always friendly and they work hard, I never see them goofing off. This is a busy location but they keep the line moving. Great job

        Dominique really gave me a big help on my package. I went to the store to make a delivery yesterday but unfortunately i missed one important document. I left the voice message and Dominique called me immediately as soon as the store opened on next day to help me hold the package and put the document in. awesome service.

        Don't go here if you can help it. The staff are really nice, but for some illogical reason they took the package drop off bins away and now you have to wait in a usually long line just to drop off packages. It makes no sense for me to waste my time in a line when I just need to drop off. I'll be searching for better options. Clearly they don't care about actual customers here.

      Hi Jess,We actually took the ability to drop unchecked packages into a drop bin away specifically BECAUSE we care about our actual customers. Too many packages would be thrown in the bin that either had the wrong labels (you wouldn't believe how many FedEx labels we get) or were not packaged correctly and would not be taken by the UPS driver. Anytime a package was not correct, this took time away from the staff as they tried to track down the customer who dropped the package off. This time took away from the package being shipped to its final destination. Now that you come to the counter to drop off we are able to ensure the package is appropriately packed and labeled, which helps get it out of the store and on the way to the final destination quickly. Additionally, having a bin full of packages in a place accessible to everyone that comes into the store was a security hazard. We apologize that you find this practice inconvenient, but at the end of the day the security of our customer's packages and the ability to ensure they are packaged and labeled properly is what is most important.
