        Came in to ship some t-shirts to my dad. A 3lb box. I wish I would have gotten her name, but it was a pretty black lady with a nose ring. She offered to ship it $47, guaranteed to be there by the 18th. Today is the 12th, so 6 days. I've shipped a lot lately due to Christmas so I knew something was off. I asked to be sure she was clear in what she said, she was. So I asked if this was the cheapest option, no it's $15. Wait, what? I chose the cheaper option....just to find out that my package will be there on the 17th?! What the heck UPS? I haven't used this store before, but I won't be back. Something seems fishy.
