Fleet Feet Circle C

Fleet feet is my favorite running store on the planet. They are always efficient and effective and they do a great job. I appreciate their high-level of service and attention to detail. I highly recommend fleet feet for all your running needs.

I'm a brand-new running novice, and I was suuuuuuper nervous about getting fitted for a pair of running shoes. "Am I going to be pressured into buying something too expensive? Are the staff going to be condescending because I'm obviously out of shape and a total novice?" Nope!! I got a walk-in evaluation with Bobby at the Fleet Feet location in Circle C, and he was thorough, professional, and extremely encouraging. He cheered me on for starting Couch to 5k, and there were zero high-pressure sales tactics. He took the time to show me three pairs, plus optional insoles, and made sure that I was really truly happy with the fit and the feel of the shoes. Excellent and very welcoming experience for this newbie! Can't recommend them highly enough, and Bobby is a real gem.

Fleet Feet had very knowledgeable staff. I went in looking for a particular brand, Altra, because I have "aged up" and am dealing with an injury so my old standby shoe choice might not be right anymore. Fleet Feet, unlike other stores in the area, had a number of options in that brand and in my size that I could try on. The sales person we dealt with clearly is a runner himself and understood exactly what we needed. They have some high tech metrics he did to determine the right size and shoe which was great but pretty much just confirmed what the sales person already knew just by talk and observation. It was a great experience and I came away with a shoe that feels terrific and that I think is going to be my new favorite running shoe! Other clients were in the store at the same time and seemed to be having similarly good fitting and purchasing experiences. I recommend the store and the person we dealt with, Bobby, highly!
