Fist visited this place four years ago. They set me up with great running shoes. Later I went back for some cycling shoes. And recently I went back to get my bikes tuned up and they did a fantastic job! So much so, I had to write this review. Great customer service! Highly recommend you check them out, and definitely check out the bikes upstairs!

These folks are great. Easy to deal with an none of the attitude that you might expect walking into a "bro shop." I've worked in bike retail for half my life and I was looking for a shop that had the right kind of expertise and knowledge and Austin Tri-cyclist checked all the boxes. Would absolutely recommend them for any bike related needs!

Everyone at the bike shop is super nice and provided me the best customer service when I went to pick up my bike. I will definitely come back to get accessories and appareal :)
