I have worked with Peak Storm on a number of large commercial jobs well in excess of $1,000,000. He has also performed residential work on my personal residence and vacation home. He and his team are professional, responsive and most of all HONEST. They will not try to sell you something you don't need and their price is always fair with NO surprise billing. I would not consider a new or replacement roofing job without first talking to Mike and his team first. When we were selling our home in Pflugerville, the inspector found hail damage on the roof and I called and hired Mike at Peak.
One of his guys came out and found additional damage over what the insurance company had paid us for. Peak settled it, handled the whole construction part and paperwork; I did almost nothing. We came out great; didnt cost us a thing. They did everything they said they would, exactly as they promised. Also noteworthy: I accidentally overpaid them and Mike caught it and hand delivered a reimbursement check to me; I would have never known. I give them my highest recommendation. Peak replaced the roof on our house after a tornado and did an excellent job. They were very professional, on time, priced right, and responsive to all our questions with good and concise answers. I highly recommend Peak. Dallas is prone to hail and tornado damage and I have told friends if they ever need roofing repair or replacement to be sure contact Peak.

We had an excellent experience with Peak Storm Services. The professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work with insurance companies can't be matched. They took our insurance claim from hail damage and were able to almost double the payout in order to get us the proper repairs. We had roofing, gutters, exterior doors, garage doors, and multiple exterior items in need of repair as part of a complex claim. They were very diligent with quality contractor quotes to prove that the claim was simply not high enough to make the repair. We did not have to settle for sub-par repairs due to a low payout. The repairs were timely and well done. Peak Storm managed all of it, which was essential since we are very busy clients with limited time and ability to work through all of the items involved.
Peak Storm ALSO went above and beyond to address a manufacturing issue with the roofing we picked. They not only spotted it, but had the manufacturer replace what had already been installed at THEIR cost - not ours. They didn't need to do that, but they most certainly went the extra mile to ensure their customer was treated right. We cannot recommend Peak Storm Services strongly enough.
