Very bad service, I am still waiting for the supervisor's response for a package that apparently was delivered to the wrong mailbox and never appeared. The answer was that on Saturday, March 30, the postmen made the split route and left my package in another place, just like that. Package that contained important documents for a procedure that I am doing and for which I paid. The worst thing is that the person who lost my package is still doing the route. The supervisor was supposed to call me and he never did, the only guidance and explanation he gave me after I insisted so much and after being very upset was to make a claim to USPS as if the lost item were an item.

Website said passport walk-in hours are 8-9 am. There were several of us waiting who all read the times on the website. Place didnt even open until 8:30 am. So either the website is wrong, in which case it should be amended, or the employees at this branch dont follow directions, in which case they shouldnt be working here. Either way, dont bother showing up at this location. Theres a reason the ratings are so low. Now I know why.

Tried to drop off a package. Waited in line 15 minutes just for them to say their system is down and cant accept anything but cash. Couldnt even scan a QR code to ship a package. No sign telling anyone what was going on. This place always has issues like this. No communication and always a slow line. Better off driving 30 min out of the way to a smaller and better post office, but then again, what post office is actually efficient and good?

I would give this place 0.125 Stars if I could. An hour to pick up mail which only has to be picked up in person because it takes the USPS 6-12 months to replace their cluster boxes, all of which are being broken into across the country since the security is so ridiculously poor.
