        Extremely rude staff. That old lady at the front desk was such a tool. I asked her nicely if she could help me track a lost package. She acted passive aggressive and told me she didnt know if she was legally supposed to help me track it. She went and checked it anyway and came back with the info I needed but kept repeating she didnt know if she was legally supposed to help me with it as if I just forced her to do something illegal. I was like, what the heck does that even mean? If it was illegal then why did you do it? I didnt hold you at gunpoint and force you to break the law. Such a jerk.

        I went close to noon on a weekday. Friendly fast service. Almost didn't go based on other reviews. Service here was so much better than the other PO I used on Menchaca in South Austin.

        I appreciate that there are staffing challenges, but having one employee at this location is really rough. More than 6 of us have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes. The phone is ringing off the hook, and the line is getting longer and longer behind us. People are leaving left and right. This clerk needs support!
