I havent had any real issues here with competence or delivery, but there are always customers who want to talk to the employee helping them for like half an hour and not even about mail. If they arent going to get to the point I wish theyd ask them to move on or maybe a separate social worker line for people who like to wait in lines to talk to a stranger.

Have left multiple in person messages to speak with a supervisor. No response. Sent multiple emails. No response. Tried to call. No answer. Showed up to the post again, treated rudely and told once again someone will call with me. I have not been able to retrieve my mail or get an answer on where anything has been sent since November 2023 (5 months).

The mail carrier who delivers mail to the 78745 zip code just harassed me. I want to file a formal complaint regarding his behavior as this is not the first occasion and he has other complaints about his behavior from surrounding neighbors.

Employees are incompetent, dismissive, rude, and oddly contemptuous of those who seek their assistance, despite the fact that those same people are the source of the tax revenue which provides a living for the aforementioned rude employees. My experience should have come as no surprise however, while waiting in line for who knows how long, staring at an unmanned front desk, other patrons in line all seemed to pass the time by exchanging previous distasteful experiences of their own with this locations staff. Mockingbird station appears to have garnered quite the reputation for itself, it made quite the first impression on me as well. Undoubtedly worth the money to use a different carrier if you care about your shipment.

Now the lobby is closed on Sundays and I can't get my mail on the only day I have available!!!! .....can't get it in the evening either. I'm pretty ticked. Online says they are open but all the doors were locked
