This is the USPS service station for my house, who is also responsible for the mail carriers to my home. Not only are the mail carriers careless, but this station is not responsive to the issues. I have medication deliveries that must be sent via USPS and signed for. (The pharmacy offers no other options). Multiple times I have waited at home all day to sign for a delivery, only to check the tracking and see that "delivery was attempted-no authorized recipient available." I was home all day, every time. I also have a Ring doorbell with a camera that proves no delivery attempt was made. The pink delivery attempt slips have just been left in my mailbox, further evidence no one even came to my door. (Why wouldn't they leave the slip on the door?) This week, a delivery was "attempted" on Friday. Because the carrier lied and did not come to my door, it meant that I was not able to get my medication until the following Monday. This station is closed on Saturday and Sunday. So, I have to miss doses and take time off from work to go retrieve my package from this station. I have reported this problem before, but it continues to happen. I really wish these carriers could understand how cutting corners to shave a few minutes from their route creates a huge amount of difficulty for their customers. Follow up four years later: Not much has changed. While I have spoken to our carriers, it seems their hands are tied. They finally just told me to get a PO Box. Now packages that require signature are just left in our mailbox, which is frequently broken into. I track anything that has to come by mail, but overseas deliveries can sometimes arrive without exact notice. I keep reporting incidents, but nothing happens. I never even get responses. While other parts of our neighborhood have received newer mailbox clusters with better protection, ours are still very old and broken. Several boxes don't even lock, including one of the two package lockers. The door to my box has been pried open (and repaired by me) often enough that it's weak. Filing a complaint at the post office gets a few words of sympathy, but no action. The last time I visited this location I waited nearly an hour in the middle of a weekday to get a receipt for a pre-posted return. There was one employee at the register dealing with all manner of requests, from passport applications to legal documents, and even assisting multiple people who hadn't put a complete address on their packages!! While I was standing there, three different employees poked their heads out from the back, gawked at the line, and disappeared again. By the time I was up in line, a second employee finally opened a station. Go to any other post office if you can. If mail is an inescapable, important part of your life, I hope you can afford to move somewhere that isn't serviced by this station.

It takes ages to get anything done here. The staff are kind but clearly dealing with poorly designed processes and systems. Along with a lack of enough staff. Be prepared to spend an hour here for very simple requests.

Extremely rude and won't help you even after the self service kiosk tells you to see an associate for help. I was just sent to FedEx down the street for help with a USPS prepaid label... Looks like I'll go with FedEx or UPS from now on.

Look let's be honest... The general public's pretty dumb, primal and impatient, so I can't imagine dealing with these people every single hour of every single day. That being said, the folks that work here are very helpful, patient and easy going.

Postal employees were helpful and efficient. Not sure why this place gets so low reviews, it seems pretty efficient and nothing abnormal from a regular post office. Lines can be long but they move. Seems people come to the counter unprepared and that appears to be some of peoples gripes which is completely user error and not fault of the employees
