My wife and I have used Garrisons services several times over the past couple of years at our house in south Austin for everything from installing a new shower to repairing our kitchen sink and tankless water heater. I first want to mention Danielle, she was curtious and professional. She was just very understanding of my situation. Now I want to acknowledge the guys that came out and fixed the issues the house I moved into recently. They kind, informative, and did a great job! Robert and Greg were awesome and efficient! Tyler and Tyler of Garrison Plumbing are straight up professional dudes. Good dispositions and always helpful in explaining what they are doing. Had several plumbing projects that they fixed/replaced with attention to detail. Each time they did something new they would check to make sure the previous project was working as expected. Hey Guys & Gals, If you are like me and thought watching YouTube videos is all you needed to change a leaking shower head..., STOP IT! Garrison Plumbing are PROFESSIONALS! I had water coming out that i couldn't stop and they were able to come within the hour to fix my rookie mistakes. It took them less than 30 minutes, installed a new shower head upstairs and downstairs.
