I love everyone at this office. A group of highly professional people. Dr Langevin is great. He always answers my questions. The office is respectful with my time too. Highly recommend Wellspring Plastic! My teenage daughter just had a procedure from Dr Langevin and once again he was wonderful. I would recommend him over and over again!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I can't say enough great things about Wellspring. My baby was born with folded ears. The nurse at St David's North told us she might have difficulties wearing glasses in the future if we didn't get it fixed. She recommended Wellspring for us to have her ears molded.Right from the beginning, the receptionist was super helpful from answering all my questions to contacting my insurance for my out of pocket cost. All the charges were transparent and I didn't have to worry about contacting the insurance company myself. They took cared of it all. Katelin the PA was very experienced and she guided us through the process of ear molding as well as fixing my daughters tongue tie. Because my baby's ears were folded in a way that was more complicated, she consulted with Dr Cone and Dr Langevin to come up with a plan. She explained that ear molding will be a 6-8 week process and she was super patient in explaining what we should expect. Throughout the entire 8 week process, both Dr Cone and Dr Langevin came to personally check up on my daughters ear molding progress. Katelin had surgical skills and was very careful and precise through every mold adjustments. I couldn't be more grateful for such an excellent team. As you can see in the before and after photos, the result really speak for itself. I'd 100% recommend Katelin and the entire Wellspring team to anyone that is thinking about getting their baby's ear molded.

They did a great job taking care of my daughters tongue tie in the hospital. However, STEER CLEAR of this business. Two and a half years after my daughters birth they sent me a letter informing me that I would be reported to a collection agency for failure to pay the bill. I had never received a single bill from them, so how was I supposed to pay? I immediately called and explained that this bill was news to me. They said they had been having trouble with their billing software (which was supposed to be reminding me monthly about my balance but had not sent a single notice), and apologized for the trouble. The woman I talked to promised I would not be referred to a collection agency (as I was working with the office), and that she would look into my bill. She verified my contact information, and said shed be in touch. No phone call, no email, no letterbut guess who I heard from tonight? A freaking collection agency. So, they wont file your insurance properly, they wont communicate with you, and when you try to work with them, theyll ghost you and report you to a collection agency. There are plenty of other offices in town that actually believe in proper communication, so find someone else to work with and avoid this place like the plague.
