I always have a wonderful experience at Westlake Dermatology Downtown. The front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful with any questions I have. Dr. Speck is an amazing doctor! :)

Ive had nothing but great experiences at Westlake Dermatology. All of the doctors have great bedside manners. The front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating. Thank you Westlake Dermatology for making me look extra beautiful.

Dr Laura Speck (Cesar Chavez office) is the best doctor Ive ever had. She helped me through a small but slightly invasive procedure during my pregnancy and made me feel comforted and supported. The office is beautiful and the staff is highly competent, organized and great with communication. Highly recommend.

Very shady business practices, verbal pricing on phone different from pricing you get at appointment. Prices are not transparent and not everything is on website $200 additional charges seem to pop up. Very rushed once you get in for a $1400 appointment, because they say you are in a hurry (only because they were 1.5 hours late!).
Also while waiting for over an hour for your provider you can hear the provider gossiping and laughing with staff. Totally unprofessional.
Also consistenly late (up to and over 1.5 hours) for appointments and sometimes canceled once you show up. Last holiday season I had a pre holiday appointment canceled once i showed up with no follow up appointment scheduled.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they are kind and consistent, fair and do good quality work.

I have been visiting this location for several years now. I highly recommend this office for multiple reasons: 1) Dr. Speck is fabulous and I always leave feeling genuinely cared for and more knowledgeable about my needs. 2) The team here is super professional and friendly. 3) The office is clean and comforting. 4) Parking is super convenient at the Four Seasons residential Tower.
