Took my son to see him 3 times and each time he misdiagnosed his condition. Had to go see another dermatologist after my sons condition only got worse and Dr.Flynn argued and said it had gotten better. I had pictures to prove otherwise! Finally, After a much needed biopsy done by another dermatologist it was discovered what my son actually had. Not only that, the medication Dr.Flynn prescribed made his condition worsen! Hes rude, arrogant and a total waste of time and money! I wish I would have done more research before going to see him. Dont make the mistake I did and go elsewhere!

Very knowledgeable, thorough, caring. Has been taking care of me for years with very thoughtful approach to my skin cancer risk factors. Great doc!

I have used the services of Dr. Flynn for years. I was pleased with his services and his office location was convenient because I was working right across the street. I am now 35-40 miles away so it's not as convenient and I drive a diesel truck so it is also expensive. I had a small growth on the bridge of my nose which I was concerned about. I called to make an appointment and couldn't get in for six weeks. I drove in for my appointment but ran into some unexpected traffic and had trouble finding parking once I arrived. I arrived 15 min late. I was told that they had cancelled my appointment since I was over 10 min late. There were no other patients in the waiting room, it was 11:15, and I asked if he could still please see me since I was an established patient and had driven a long way for the appointment, as well as, I was very concerned about the growth on the bridge of my nose. I was told that he was too busy and that he had meetings in the afternoon. I rescheduled for two days later and the next day I received a call from the patient coordinator stating "Dr. Flynn is going to be sick tomorrow, ah, er, I mean he is sick, and we will need to cancel your appointment". Over the years I schedule my visits to Dr. Flynn's office during my lunch hour, which I don't get paid for. I can't tell you how many times I had to wait a lot longer than 15 minutes for him to come into the room and see me, time which I was not getting paid for. I find this to be a big problem as traffic is not predictable, especially when you come a long way. There are costs associated with the visit, it's not like I'm in the neighborhood. I found a dermatologist close to my house who was able to see me, because of a cancellation, the very next day. Even then the wait time to get in was only a month. I did not have to wait in the office, it was very very pleasant experience and I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WESTLAKE DERMATOLOGY AGAIN! Nor will I ever recommend Dr. Flynn. See ya!!!!
