Weve really appreciated the approach Dr. Reidy takes to medicine. She is collaborative, and I typically learn something from her during our visits. Dr. Reidy takes ample time with each patient (I have twice had to wait a bit for an appt. but typically in the afternoons after a full day of appts.) She strikes the right balance of inquisitive and assuring, and I never feel overrode as the parent. This is a smaller office, so just be aware it might take a while in the later afternoons to see your practitioner, and it might take a bit to hear back from the nurses line with questions (but Ive always heard back within 24 hours). We used to love this place. Dr. Kapur left and the other physicians there don't understand my sons diagnosis. Disappointing to say the least.

Love the Doctors here. Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour AFTER your scheduled time to see the Dr. To me, thats not acceptable.

I do not recommend this office for care. I took my daughter there for a vaccine required for college; it was covered by insurance. However, the doctor ordered blood work that I did not authorize and was charged over $140 because insurance did not cover it. Also, my kid had to go back for a follow-up, but got called into work right before her appointment; the office charged us $50. Worst "care" we have received, hands-down.

Ditto the review below. Missed an appointment due to a sudden death in the family. Received no automatic reminders. Called 4 times to speak to the office manager - never got a return call. Finally on the last attempt spoke to someone who lacked any understanding and sympathy. I won't be with a practice that will sacrifice my patronage for a $50 no-show fee. There are plenty of good pediatricians in Austin that also employ responsive and understanding office staff. Try Beansprout or Southwest Pediatrics. Stay away from this practice.
