I made an Online appointment for a Thursday at 5pm because the earliest I can get off work is 4:45. A extremely rude person called me to tell me I would have to find somewhere else because they do not do 5pm appointments. They need to update their online schedule if thats the case. Extremely unprofessional.

I just want to say that the front desk ladies were amazing and so kind to me. But that was the only positive thing. My appointment was a cleaning at 3:30 and I waited over an hour and a half in the waiting room. During this time, there was people who came in after me and when in before me. I get it, places get backed up and busy, but not almost 2 hours. When I finally got called back, we did a set of x-rays. The technician was really kind and sweet. She then took me back to where I thought I was going to have a cleaning. When I got to the chair, I waited another 30 minutes before anyone came and saw me. When the dentist finally came to me, she was snappy and rude. I get it, they close at 6 and it was almost 5:30, but that gives you no excuse to be rude and have horrible bedside manner to your patients. She then measured my gums, etc, she was doing a examination. Which I thought was weird because I am used to those after a cleaning. She then went on to tell some things I knew, but instead of talking to me like a person, she talked to me like a child. Again just very rude. She then sent me up front to "talk about insurance" and said nothing else.
I will never be returning here again. I cried on my way out.
