The dental practice rescheduled an appointment I had made more than two weeks in advance. When I arrived, all I received was a meager "I'm sorry." This is not okay. I drove all the way from Southwest Austin, which was very inconvenient.

Thank you to the staff at Northwest Hills Dental and Orthodontics! They are friendly, patient, flexible and knowledgeable! I was able to get an appointment the next day due to pain in my tooth. Thank you, Susan! Dr. Davis and the hygienists took time to answer all my questions so that I could better understand the procedures taking place. In addition, the office has the best view for a dental patient - a garden with a working fountain and bird feeders! And because I get a little nervous when I go to the dentist, they had a spongy tooth I could hold on to! Thank you!

This is the best Dentist office around. I've been coming here for the last 8 years and though some of the faces have changed, the atmosphere and level of service has stayed the same!
