This was my first time visiting Dr Bernuy and although he took the time to explain any possible ortho treatments, my overall experience was really bad. I sent my insurance twice prior to my arrival. When I got there, front desk told me my insurance wasnt in network, which I knew that wasnt right because my insurance sent me to them as an option. I had to re send my insurance and also fill out insurance info by paper, so total of 4 times for them to be able to get it right. Then, when I made the appointment I mentioned I wanted cleaning and that was one of my priorities for this visit. When I got there the assistant told me she wasnt aware of that but shes was gonna try and see. After a while she came back and said the doctor had agreed, which that was already annoying since I had been there almost an hour at this point. After 30 more min one of the front desk ladies told me he wasnt gonna be able to complete the cleaning and they could refer me to someone else. I was in this office for an hour and a half and I had nothing done to my teeth even though that was the reason for my appointment. I will definitely not be coming back here.

I would definitely recommend using Dr.Bernuy as your orthodontist, he explains things very well, is quick but thorough, and makes sure you understand everything you should be doing and shouldn't be doing.
