Rapid Lube

To startI have been coming here for a few years. The techs have always been courteous and the services are quick. Only this year have I had any of an issue. After my oil change, I experienced a bad leak, while out of town, and apparently it was due to the Lube Techs error. This led to me being held over on Spring Break by 3 days in South Padre while my vehicle was repaired. And even then, it wasnt done properly again and the same thing happened on the way back. Oil coming from everywhere. Even though the experience wasnt exactly a pleasant one, and I couldnt drive my car for almost 2 weeks. The Owner of Mobile One and the GM, Angel were more than willing and ready to make things right. They coordinated with the auto shop in South Padre, took care of all the repairs and damages and also repaired other parts that the other mechanic either didnt check or missed once I returned home. He came to my home, talked me through everything and was very sincere about the whole process. I appreciated that more than anything.

Came for a car inspection with new wipers and after they checked it somehow they were ripped from the tips and tried charging 50$ for repairs. Do not recommend but if you do come here make sure to keep an eye on whoever is doing anything to your car.
