        I am in the middle of dealing with a problem that I feel the service agent could have taken care of with out me having to jump through hope to settle. It appears that my drivers and passengers windows have a 20% tint. For that reason my car did not pass inspection. Since next year all that will be inspected will be air quality "what the hell". The windows have been the same since 2017 it should have simply passed. I now have to get new tinting. This sucks.
