WEST LAKE MAIL

My experience at West Lake Mail was very positive. The manager (Brett) was friendly as could be. He helped take the stress out of sending a very important package and explained the process as he went. Thank you for that and for getting my package sent safely.

Not the best look for a potential new customer when the store opens a half our late and the manager is barefoot. I went there to rent a mailbox, but will look elsewhere.

My daughter-in-law took a package to this establishment and asked that the item be sent to her daughter. Instead of scrolling down to her address, the clerk obviously went to the top address in the list which happened to be me. This is the second time this has happened. This time I tried calling the phone number on their website - no one answered and I left a voice mail 2 days ago - I have not heard anything. I tried calling later - again went to voicemail, but this time it said mail box was full. I sent a message through the "contact us" on the website - also 2 days ago - have not heard anything! I am now out the postage to mail it to my granddaughter. NEXT DAY I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the issue - he hit the nail on the head when he said one of the worst things was them not getting back to me. He tried to explain what happened, but I didn't understand - I would suggest that whatever the issue is to get it corrected ASAP. I am upping my rating from 1 to 3 because he did respond, but a couple of days late, hence the 3.
