Dr. Burnett, his PA Alex, and the entire team at NeuroTexas are absolutely amazing. For months, I was having pretty serious neck and back issues. I had seen quite a few doctors before I found out about Dr. Burnett and his team at NeuroTexas. Looking back, I wish I had known about Dr. Burnett much earlier than I did because he is THE DOCTOR THAT GOT IT RIGHT. As soon as Dr. Burnett found out that I wanted to be his patient, he did absolutely everything in his power to return my life back to normalcy. Dr. Burnett and his team correctly diagnosed my medical issue, scheduled my surgery to happen as soon as humanly possible, successfully performed my neck fusion at BS&W in Lakeway (10/10 experience), and then took great care of me after my operation. I could really tell that the entire NeuroTexas Team cared about me as their patient and wanted to ensure that I was doing well. Before I ever saw Dr. Brunett, I had already decided that I was not going to get an operation until I found the very best of the very best. Dr. Burnett was the right doctor - he is the best of the best. Yesterday, I went to my final follow up appointment regarding my neck fusion and found out that I'm totally in the clear. I feel amazing. I don't think I'd be where I'm at today if it wasn't for the amazing help and genuine care that I received from Dr. Burnett and NeuroTexas. Thank you all for saving my life!

I highly recommend the one neurosurgeon that I have been blessed with, the AMAZINGLY GIFTED AND TALENTED neurosurgeon Dr. Mark G. Burnett. He is not only brilliant and experienced, but equally as important; is faithfully patient-centered and truly trustworthy. He performed a very necessary anterior cervical fusion in my cervical spine which had serious spinal stenosis and a little more to repair. When my husband and I met with Dr. Burnett, we were not only pleasantly surprised, but humbly appreciative of the fact that he discussed all of his findings in reviewing my medical records/imaging/labs...etc... , no doubt, my family and I agree that his actions speak volumes in regards to the true care and loyalty for his patients. He covered everything with great attention to detail. He answered all of our questions/concerns. The surgery was a success! At present, I continue to be under Dr. Burnetts care, I am pending a second surgery for a removal of a cyst in my L-5 and repairs..., we are so grateful for his ongoing patience and commitment in improving my quality of life. He continues to provide the utmost quality patient care. His staff/team at Neurotexas are very organized, professional, kind and patient in providing wonderful ongoing quality care. On a final note, the day of my surgery, when Dr. Burnett went to update my husband and our four adult children (two univ. grads and 2 undergrad), meeting him for the very first time, they stated, Mom, we are so grateful to know that you are in very good hands. We can tell, Dr. Burnett really cares about you!. I smiled and just humbly stated, Yes, God+ is good, God+ is very good, He+ only provides the best.

After several doctors and a surgery that didn't work, I visited NeuroTexas and Dr. Burnett. He is a great communicator, patiently explaining complex medical issues, options and possible outcomes. He showed deference, concern, and respect to my partner when we were discussing a major surgery. The office staff is friendly and on top of scheduling and paperwork. I received a level of care that I wasn't expecting after previous experiences. I am very happy to write this endorsement a year after my back fusion operation. If you need a neurologist, you'll be in good hands with NeuroTexas!

I made an appointment for my mom 10 days ago to see Dr.Waldron. When making the appt, I told the lady (Joanne) about my mom (who had a stroke 2 weeks ago) and she said Dr. Waldron is the perfect doctor for her as he specializes in strokes. We were 30 mins early, as instructed, and still had to wait an additional hour and 15 mins. Then, to top it off, the doctor told us that he's NOT the right doctor for my mom and that was that! Not only did we WASTE 10 days waiting for the visit (plus a few hours downtown today), now my mom has to find another doctor and wait for that visit. And the cherry on top-- they validate only one hour of time, anything over that is $7 per half hour. RIDICULOUS! NOT PROFESSIONAL! NO INTEGRITY! #beware
