This dealer Is one of a kind, from the start they gave an exceptional service and care for my interests. I first came in person around January where I was helped by Nick, showing me and educating me on the soon to be my new Indian Scout Bobber. After that the finance team kept in touch with me even while being out of the state, to guide me through the purchasing process. Everyone was quick to respond and easy going with the situation.
Finally the day came and on my pick up date, Matthew was more than welcoming and helpful with the entire process. Shoutout to the parts team too for basically doing after hours work just so I left completely satisfied with the bike.

Great experience buying and servicing. Highly recommend Indian motorcycles at Austin. As a customer I've always felt my bike is in safe hands and getting the best service.
Bought FTR1200 here and everyone I interacted with were patient with my queries and made the buying process super easy. Shout out to Brandon, Jack, Matt, Simon and the entire team thats running it.
I'm not someone who stays connected with FTR owners forums and such. Brandon was proactive with communicating me about a recall (I wasn't aware) and scheduled me an appt when they were ready with fixes.
Folks in service department are diligent and have always made sure bike is running great, provided me with helpful tips and always patient with every query.

A very happy customer! Bought my bike in May-2022, Start to end the buying experience was great, working to get it financed and then working with Brandon in service, the experience only got better everytime I called. Appreciate all your help and patience with my follow-ups and request for quotes on modifications . You guys are best I have seen in this business over past 10 years of my riding experience in USA.
