Matt(Tao) and Dustin were absolutely amazing when I decided to get a second bike. I felt comfortable without pressure. I had already done a bunch of research and had it narrowed down to a couple. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dustin gave me numerous finance options. Would definitely recommend this place & the team of associates.

Stopped here to spend some money on a few accessories. Couldn't wait to get out of BMW Motorcycles of Austin after 5 minutes. Very unwelcoming, and unfriendly vibe. Age of people standing around was 20-25. Not for the older crowd who are really the ones most likely to be able to afford the prices there. Didn't even bother looking around. I can take my old man money elsewhere.

Super cool shop, but the best part is service team get you fixed up and ready to hit the road! I had trouble in past with BMW of the woodlands on several occasions. But took the bike to Austin and they get the job done properly very reliable. Andrew cooper this time did everything done well as he was told too! Highly respected store overall. Plus I found my favorite helmet there too large selection!!!

Yesterday I brought in my F 900 XR for its initial service. I was very impressed with the relaxed professionalism and attention to a friendly service atmosphere. They took care of all the required steps for the initial scheduled service. I especially want to mention one thing that they did showing attention to detail and going that extra mile. I had installed a kickstand pad and two of the screws were missing. I didnt mention it, I was going to take care of it myself. When I got the bike back they had replaced the screws and noted it in the service receipt. They saw what needed to be done and just did it.

Ive been a customer of RideNow new bike, accessories, parts and service for about three years and have always had a good experience. The new BMW S1000RR I purchased over two years ago ran flawlessly the entire time until, ugh, it blew its engine a few weeks ago. Andrew Cooper, my service advisor, went beyond the call of duty in dealing with this difficult situation. He worked to get it covered under the BMW warranty and have the shipment of a new motor expedited from Germany. They not only replaced the motor, but gave me a new chain and Q4 tires that were damaged by the oil leak. No other motorcycle brand has this warranty and level of service. BMW Motorrad, Andrew and RideNow combined to make me a very happy customer during an otherwise difficult time. Impressed and grateful.
