I cannot speak highly enough about Matt and his team's professionalism and knowledge. I felt pretty overwhelmed trying to find the perfect ring and they made the process so simple and easy. I think the biggest advantage to working with the Diamond Rooms is them working like a personal shopper to help bring me options to consider, which really helped us sift through the endless options. Thanks to Matt, Kaitlyn and Daniel for all of your help!

Matt provided the best service, knowledge, quality, patience, and professionalism in helping me design my engagement ring. I could feel he truly cared about making sure I was going to be happy with my choice. I visualized my ring and he made it a reality. I now know, I will always go to Matt for all my jewelry.

The team at Austin Diamond Room were a pleasure to work with. We worked with them to custom design our engagement ring and ended up getting some other jewelry as well. I cant recommend this personalized process enough, you wont regret it!

I am eternally grateful that I came across Matt and reached out on a limb. He responded the same day and quickly began to gather information for my dream engagement ring! If you tell him you want something, if it is possible, he will find a way to make it happen! I am so glad we went with our gut and chose Matt & his team to build my dream ring! He nailed it!!! Definitely will not be our last purchase from the Austin Diamond Room!
